Proactive Service® Self-Delivery Workshop Video Samples

The Proactive Service® videos are designed as part of the Proactive Service® Self-Delivery workshop. The seven videos cover the key components of Proactive Service® and, where relevant, include role-play examples of core concepts. In addition to their use in the workshop, they can be utilized to refresh key concepts and be part of an overall onboarding process.
